# Contact Cool Computers

> The current contact path for product questions, plus the public references for account, privacy, and service terms.

## Product questions

Start with the [Cool Computers Guide](https://cool.computer/docs) for the supported ways to create and operate a computer. The [OpenAPI contract](/openapi.json) is the machine-readable reference for HTTP operations, authentication, response shapes, and errors. The MCP endpoint exposes bounded reads and explicitly requested writes, including durable-service and startup commands; use HTTP or the `cool` CLI for one-shot command execution and file transfer.

If you want to see one computer go from a request to a live result, [book a 30-minute guided tour](https://calendar.notion.so/meet/mertdeveci/tlmc). Bring the workflow you want to run so the tour can follow it from setup to the permanent public address.

## Account, privacy, and terms

Cool Computers does not currently publish a general support email, telephone number, postal address, or account support form. Do not guess a contact detail or send credentials to an address found elsewhere. The guided-tour booking above is for product questions, not account recovery or sensitive requests.

[Sign in](/auth/login) to confirm which account owns a computer. Keep browser sessions, CLI sessions, access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, and email authentication codes private. The [Privacy Policy](/privacy) explains how account and computer data is handled, the rights that may apply, and when identity verification may be required. The [Terms of Service](/terms) describes account responsibilities and use of the service. An account-specific, privacy, or legal request should wait for a verified intake path rather than being sent through an unrelated channel.
